In collaboration with Paul Cochois (CPO at SnapCall), we created this new call interface for SnapCall, which is used by agents using online support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom or LiveChat.

We started by understanding the needs and expectations of users by conducting contextual research. We also conducted a competitive analysis to see how other support platforms handle calls.

This interface is the first version of SnapCall's product evolution and is constantly evolving to keep up with market demands.
